IT Support Assistant (Hybrid Work | Flexible Hours)

Working Hours: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Working hours may vary depending on operational needs. Flexibility is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support, mainly for laptop and hardware-related issues.
• Set up, issue and manage laptops and other IT equipment for staff.
• Create and manage company email accounts and subscriptions.
• Manage Google Drive access, permissions and shared folders.
• Assist with basic IT security and access control matters.
• Monitor and support CCTV and other IT-related systems.
• Provide on-site IT support at outlets when required.

Job Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge with some experience in hardware and laptop troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Google Drive, email management and user access permissions.
• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day IT matters.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
• Candidates with relevant part-time, freelance or other work arrangements may also be considered.
• Flexible and able to adjust working hours according to operational needs.
