Assistant Marketing Manager (Preschool Education Industry) - 5 days 44hrs, Fulltime

Industry: Early Childhood Education / Preschool
Salary: $5,800 – $6,200 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:15pm (44 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content and offline channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and website content.
• Develop social media strategies and content plans to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams, preschool centres and external agencies to execute campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and support brand-building and parent engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a brand-side or agency environment.
• Experience in preschool, early childhood or education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, analytics and content strategy.
• Experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Passionate about storytelling, customer engagement and brand growth.
