Lounge Supervisor (Nightclub) - 5 days, rotating shifts, Fulltime

Salary: Up to $3500
Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours per week
Rotating shifts, 4pm-5am (opening or closing shift)
Company Transport Provided
Fulltime, 10 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead and guide the lounge team to maintain good service standards.
• Handle operational issues and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with staff scheduling, customer service and daily operational matters.
• Monitor the overall cleanliness, presentation and service standards of the lounge.
• Ensure customers receive a pleasant and professional experience.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar or nightlife environment is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working late-night and rotating shifts.
• Open to candidates with relevant experience who are willing to work in the nightlife industry.
