Your Role

You'll be the key coordination point between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders move smoothly from quotation to delivery.

Key duties:

• Handle customer enquiries and order requests
• Process quotations and sales orders
• Update customers on delivery schedules and stock availability
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and procurement teams
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery progress
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Prepare reports and assist with inventory tracking
• Support the sales team with administrative coordination

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing or coordination preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an advantage
