Job Summary

Lead strategic growth and operational excellence in construction projects by directing resources, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance. Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive profitability while aligning business goals with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term company goals to expand market presence and align business activities with industry trends
• Direct active construction projects by allocating resources and managing site productivity to meet safety and schedule requirements
• Oversee budgets, control costs, manage tendering processes, and ensure commercial performance to maximize corporate profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, government regulators, subcontractors, and architectural partners to support business objectives
• Enforce compliance with local building codes, labor laws, safety standards, and corporate governance policies to mitigate risks

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 12 years of senior management or executive-level experience in construction or real estate development
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field
