Roles & Responsibilities
- TO ASSIST THE PROJECT MANAGER IN THE OVERALL PLANNING, MONITORING & ORGANIZING ON THE PROJECT.
- TO PLAN DAY-TO-DAY WORK PROGRAMME & OVERSEE OF THE PROJECT PROGRESS.
- DAILY SITE ARRANGEMENT FOR MANPOWER & MACHINERIES.
- TO LIAISE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS & ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF ALL WORKS ACCORDING TO QUALITY SPECIFICATION & WORK SCHEDULE.
- TO EVALUATE & RESOLVE ANY DISCREPANCIES & PROBLEMS ARISING AT SITE (TECHNICAL MATTERS).
- TO MANAGE, SUPERVISE & COORDINATE SITE WORKS & WORKERS.
- TO SUPERVISE & ENSURE QUALITY OF WORKS ACHIEVED & TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
- TO ENSURE WORKERS COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENT
- WILLING TO HELP OUT IF SHORT OF MANPOWER
Requirement
- Civil Engineer preferably that able to registered with PE Board
- Min 2 – 3 years’ experience in Singapore
- Able to work under hot sun and fast faced environment
- Those with general construction work or drafter design skills preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer or related is a must
