Job Scope:

Oversee daily operations and deployment of around 20 Ward Service Associates
Ensure smooth ward service and patient meal operations
Manage staff performance and day-to-day operational issues
Monitor ward stocks and supplies
Work closely with Nursing teams and support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant Service operations / supervisory experience
