Senior / Principal Semiconductor Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end semiconductor design and engineering activities, from customer engagement through final release.
• Handle customer technical queries and coordinate closely with foundry and engineering teams.
• Oversee design verification, review processes, data preparation, floorplanning, and final release activities.
• Verify component performance against design requirements and targets.
• Support technology development, process optimization, and design enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal designers and external technology partners to support engineering activities.
• Contribute to technology capability enhancement and support long-term technology roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor design enablement, engineering operations, or related technical functions, preferably with foundry customers.
• Knowledge of silicon photonics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
