MRO Engineer (MNC)

Responsibilities

• Manage MRO materials, spare parts and equipment.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers on products and technical solutions.
• Review specifications, quotations and technical requirements.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment and costs.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production and Procurement.
• Maintain MRO records and ensure safety, quality and procurement compliance.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in MRO, maintenance, engineering, procurement or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, spare parts and technical specifications.
• Good analytical, communication and supplier management skills.
