Sales Engineer / Manager (Building Services)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts in Building Services / M&E.
• Promote and sell HVAC, ACMV, electrical or building systems solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation and quotation to project award.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, projects and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related field.
• 3–8 years’ experience in B2B sales within Building Services, M&E, HVAC/ACMV or related industries.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to develop new accounts and manage projects independently.
