Sales Engineer (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities

• Managed and expanded customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Handled customer enquiries, provided pre-sales technical consultation, prepared quotations, and successfully secured sales orders.
• Coordinated with overseas suppliers to ensure timely product availability and customer support.
• Delivered technical support and after-sales service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepared monthly sales reports and conducted regular customer visits, including regional travel when required.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales with the ability to develop and manage customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Positive working attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
