ASSISTANCE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the Supervisor in managing daily operations and coordinating operational staff. The role involves assisting with staff deployment, work scheduling, attendance monitoring, work quality checks, and ensuring that daily operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and staff deployment.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and daily assignments.
• Monitor staff performance and work quality.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Guide and support employees in following company procedures and SOPs.
• Assist with staff training and operational briefings.
• Monitor the proper use of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain attendance, inspection, and operational records.
• Assist in handling client requests and operational issues.
• Report staff and operational matters to the Supervisor or management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company policies.
