Temp Retail Assistant (Hanbags) #ESS

Welcome and attend to walk‑in customers; provide friendly, personalised service

Maintain good customer relationships and handle basic customer queries in‑store

Keep up to date with product knowledge, new launches, and ongoing promotions

Support sales activities on the shop floor and guide customers through their shopping journey

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new stock deliveries

Carry out replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and in display areas

Support stocktake exercises; help track and count inventory accurately

Assist with processing returns, damages, and stock transfers as instructed

Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed (tidy displays, correct product placement)

Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards (daily tidying, monthly deep clean)

Operate POS/cashier counter and process sales transactions when required

Work collaboratively with HQ/store lead and provide prompt updates on stock or customer issues

Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
