Volunteer Management Executive

Join our Volunteer Management team and play a key role in engaging and supporting our volunteers and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Volunteer Life Cycle Management:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, orientation, skills training, deployment, and feedback collection to align volunteers with organisational values.

• Engagement & Retention:

Implement formal appreciation events, recognition programmes, and consistent communication channels to maintain high volunteer commitment and morale.

• Database & Administration:

Maintain and update accurate volunteer records in the Volunteer Management System (VMS) and handle volunteer enquiries.

• Community & Event Support:

Plan, run, and support community events, preventive healthcare initiatives, and activities involving seniors and vulnerable community members.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate positive relationships with volunteers, seniors, and external community partners, while actively exploring new potential volunteer sources.

· Ad-Hoc Duties:

Undertake any other roles, duties, or responsibilities as designated by management from time to time, whether specifically enumerated in this position description.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience:

Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the social service sector.

• Core Competencies:

Strong administrative, writing, presentation, and critical thinking skills.

• Interpersonal Traits:

Positive, approachable, and passionate about working with people and managing diverse stakeholders.

• Execution Abilities:

Proactive, independent worker capable of managing time effectively and planning structured activities.

Work Schedule Expectations

• Weekend & Evening Commitments:

Regular work across evenings and weekends is required to align with volunteer availability, event calendars, and operational needs.
