1 Year Hospital Front Office Assistant - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard
Salary: $2600
Working hours: 5 days (any 5 days from Mondays to Sundays)
0700 - 1630hr @ 1030 - 2000hr

Job Description:

• Prepare daily VVIP/ VIP listing and send to respective HODs and Senior Management
• Visit newly admitted patients and ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times.
• Go the extra mile by offering assistance and recording feedback received
• Handle and provide service recovery for potential feedbacks/ complaints that are addressed
• Coordinate and conduct maternity webinars.
• Escalate crucial issues to Senior Customer Relations Officer (SCRO)/ Executive if beyond scope for service recovery
• Handle general enquiries such as queue filtering and manage billing matters • Perform bedside admission duties:
• Ensure Health Declaration form is filled out and escalate for medical attention when necessary
• Verify and key in patient data into system
• Advise patients on the mode of payment
• Follow-up with Drs and/ or clinic staff on completing admission information
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
