1 Year Contract Customer Service Associate #HZTK

Location: Novena/Orchard/Napier
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5 pm
• Saturday: 8am to 12pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/patient registration and appointment-related administrative duties.
• Process billing and respond to billing-related enquiries.
• Receive and handle blood and stool samples in accordance with established procedures.
• Print and attach barcodes to received samples.
• Perform accurate data entry of patient details into the system.
• Verify information and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates with prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
