Internal Recruiter (Accounting Firm)

Up to S$3,500 Basic + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus

Job Highlights

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

• Source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals & networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline

• Handle offers, recruitment documentation and records

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment reporting
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field

• 2–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience

• Familiar with LinkedIn and major job portals

• CEI certification preferred

• HR Generalist candidates with solid recruitment experience are welcome

• Accounting/Audit recruitment experience is advantageous
