Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit Out)

Job Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction commercial planning, including procurement schedules, cash flow forecasts, margin improvement strategies, tender enquiries, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, identify scope gaps and tender risks, and support package procurement within approved budgets and timelines.
• Administer assigned work packages from procurement through final account, including purchase orders, subcontractor appointments, monthly payments, variations, change management, and contractual matters.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, margins, valuations, commercial reports, and contract documentation while supporting the Commercial Manager and Project Manager.
• Support project completion and post-completion activities, including final accounts, retention releases, defects and contra charges, additional works, project close-out, and post-project reviews.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, procurement, or contract administration within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, tender evaluation, quantity take-offs, subcontractor procurement, variations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
