Service Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, inspection, and maintenance of chillers and other HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient operation of chiller systems and related equipment.
• Support basic overhaul, commissioning, and start-up activities for chiller systems.
• Liaise with customers to understand and resolve service issues and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of service and maintenance works.
• Assist with service scheduling, manpower planning, and preparation of technical or maintenance reports for management review.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established quality, safety, and EHS requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related technical discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in chiller systems, HVAC, or air-conditioning maintenance and servicing.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
