Project Team Manager (Security & Building Systems)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee service projects from execution to completion, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams by coordinating tasks, resources, schedules, and programme activities towards project objectives.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project milestones, manage expectations, and resolve escalations as the main point of contact.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed solutions, baseline budgets, timelines, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
• Maintain proper project documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in management team
• Strong communication, coordination, resource planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking, or security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems is an advantage.
