Technical Coordinator (Mixed-Use / Retail)

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers on project matters, and participate in project and technical coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to align project priorities, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead the detailed design process, coordinate design information, and manage collaboration between the design team and professional consultants.
• Prepare, develop, and present technical design proposals and drawing packages using Revit, AutoCAD, and related design tools.
• Develop and advise on design solutions, specifications, material selections, schedules, and technical documentation, as well as support stage inspections and project delivery.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior architecture, or a related design environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphic presentation software.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to support regional project requirements.
