Process Engineer (PCBA, Semicon)

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and semiconductor-related products.
• Support NPI, prototype builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.
• Troubleshoot process and production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.
• Support equipment setup, process qualification, and implementation of new technologies.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in PCBA, semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, process validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with NPI, yield improvement, or continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
