Pastry Production Crew – Central Kitchen

Location: Chin Bee Drive
Working Schedule: 6-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays
Working Hours: 44 hours per week, rostered between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Annual Leave: 10 days

Job Description

We are looking for Pastry Production Crew to support daily pastry production operations in a central kitchen environment.

The role involves preparation and production of pastries and puddings, handling ingredients and finished products, maintaining food safety standards and ensuring the central kitchen remains clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings.
• Ensure products are prepared consistently according to established recipes, production manuals and central kitchen SOPs.
• Operate and handle kitchen equipment appropriately.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned according to applicable food safety procedures.
• Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products at the required temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping within the central kitchen.
• Follow established food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Support other production and kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Pastry Chef or Central Kitchen Pastry Staff.
• Able to understand work instructions and production procedures.
• Able to stand for extended periods during production operations.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment of approximately 15°C.
• Positive attitude with an interest in pastries and confectionery products.
• Good team player.
• Able to work a 6-day roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
