Temp Associate, Grants management [Public Sector]

• Location: Clementi/One North
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
• Duration: 6 months (ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support grant review meetings, including scheduling, material collation, venue bookings, online meeting coordination, meeting setup, catering, and travel and accommodation arrangements for reviewers.
• Support ecosystem grant events, such as roadshows and briefing sessions on grant policies and funding initiatives.
• Support internal team events, such as training workshops and engagement sessions.
• Support administrative matters, including procurement activities and other operational and back-office tasks.
• Front general communications and respond to grant-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track responses from grant owners on queries relating to specific grant schemes and processes.
• Prepare and disseminate eDMs and other grant-related circulars.
• Perform collation and first-level checks of grant documentation.
• Collate and clean data for grant-related reports.
• Update and maintain data records in digital systems.
• Archive grant documentation and records.
• Support grant owners and team leads during audits.
• Assist internal and external stakeholders with routine grant administration matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience with experience in event management, administrative and/or grants support.
• Willing to work across different time zones and travel between two locations.
