Protocol Officer [Public Sector]

• Location: Novena
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,200 per month
• Duration: Nov 2026 - Oct 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in scheduling and organising meetings, rehearsals, and site visits.
• Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, vendors, and event management companies on the planning of major events.
• Assist in coordinating venue preparations, transportation arrangements, and protocol requirements for events.
• Support the planning and execution of official functions, including welcome receptions, meetings, and gala dinners.
• Provide on-site operational support during event rehearsals and actual proceedings.
• Assist in planning and coordinating logistics, budgets, and manpower deployment for events and ceremonies.
• Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for the procurement of corporate gifts, as well as the planning and execution of events and ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in international relations, hospitality, or event planning/event management would be an advantage.
• A valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
