Working Hours: Monday - Thursday(8.30am - 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.15pm)
Working Location: Pioneer MRT
Salary Package: Up to $4,200
Employment Type: Full-time contract (1year renewable with chances of conversion)
Business Analysisand Digital Transformation
- Engage users to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable business requirements for internal teams and vendors.
- Support digital transformation projects by reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, improve or automate manualwork.
- Prepare user stories, process flows and requirements documentation for new systems, features and enhancements.
- Support workshops, maintain requirements and action logs, and follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving.
- Prepare test scenarios and scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, record results, and track defects through resolution.
- Help develop user communications, training materials and rollout support for new systems and changes.
Systems,Data, and Programming Support
- Provide Level 2 support for issues raised by users,investigate possible causes, and work with Central IT, Enterprise IT or vendors on resolution.
- Perform system configurations using low-code tools and support system changes and enhancements through testing, defect logging andpost-implementation checks.
- Use Excel and SQL scripting to extract, clean, reconcile and analyse data for operational reviews and reporting.
- Assist with data preparation, cleansing and migration activities when needed.
- Monitor data quality and system performance and flag unusual trends or issues for follow-up.
Documentation and Knowledge-BasedSupport
- Initiate and maintain process documentation, system specifications, user guides, quick-reference guides and FAQs.
- Keep project and system documentation organised, current andeasy for the team to retrieve.
- Capture meeting notes, decisions and follow-up actions clearly.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Ability to understand user needs and document requirements clearly and accurately.
- A basic understanding of the system development lifecycle,from requirements and testing through to rollout and support.
- Good working knowledge of Excel. Exposure to SQL, Python, VBA,or low-code tools would be an advantage. Familiarity with Denodo or Snowflake is a bonus.
