*Govt* Event / Project Manager [Gombak Drive / Start in Jan 27]

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support high-profile events and senior engagements.

• Location: Gombak Drive
• Salary: $4,000 per month
• Duration: 7 months

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative and logistical duties, including pass making, managing invitations/RSVPs, and security clearances
• Secretariat duties, including coordinating hospitality arrangements of foreign delegates, managing the schedules and engagements of senior officials, and conducting after-action reviews
• Event planning and project management duties, including developing and monitoring timelines and key milestones
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean only.
• Experience in event management and/or secretariat work preferable
• Proficient in managing large data sets using Microsoft Excel
