The Role & Impact

As a Customer Success and Operations Executive, you will drive the end-to-end learner journey, from initial enquiry to course completion. You will oversee class delivery, handle participant relations, drive proactive service recovery, and maintain efficient operational administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Enquiry & Enrolment Management: Serve as the main liaison for course participants, answering program inquiries promptly and providing dedicated support throughout their learning journey.
• Course Delivery & Logistics: Oversee course scheduling, venue setups, digital learning platform access, course materials, and participant registration.
• Service Recovery & Quality Assurance: Analyze post-workshop participant feedback and trainer evaluations to identify operational gaps, driving rapid service recovery to elevate course ratings.
• Administrative Operations & Receivables: Monitor and follow up on outstanding corporate/learner balances. Maintain accurate training records and documentation across operational databases.

Who We Are Looking For

• Educational Background: Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with a strong customer service or administrative interest are welcome).

• Communication & Service Mindset: Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities with a strong customer-first approach.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to handle service recovery and logistics smoothly.
