Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and RFQs, and prepare quotations promptly and accurately.
• Source materials, components, and parts required for customer orders.
• Process and monitor customer purchase orders and sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Operations / Production on order status, material availability, production progress, and delivery schedules.
• Update customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and any changes or delays.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide general sales administration and operational support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen Only.
• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a related role, preferably within Manufacturing or Precision Engineering industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
