Quality & Compliance Executive (Early Childhood / 5 days / East) [EL]

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

• Lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance reviews across assigned early childhood centres.
• Assess centre operations against applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, policies and quality frameworks.
• Conduct audits focusing on regulatory compliance, operational processes, procedures and identified high-risk areas.
• Analyse audit findings and identify systemic or recurring areas requiring improvement.
• Provide recommendations and support improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening service quality and operational standards.
• Monitor adherence to corporate standards, guidelines and identity requirements across centres.
• Escalate material compliance, quality and operational risks to management with appropriate follow-up recommendations.

Licensing & SPARK

• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including the Early Childhood Development Centres Act and relevant licensing requirements.
• Monitor centre readiness and compliance against applicable SPARK QRS-U standards.
• Conduct assessments to identify gaps against licensing and quality requirements.
• Work with Centre Leaders and relevant stakeholders to develop structured action plans to address identified gaps.
• Monitor progress and provide follow-up to ensure agreed actions are completed within the required timelines.

Policies, Procedures & Corrective Actions

• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of corrective action plans arising from audits, compliance reviews and quality assessments.
• Work closely with Centre Principals, Supervisors and relevant teams to monitor completion of corrective actions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective measures and recommend additional actions where required.
• Monitor the consistent implementation of policies, procedures and operational standards across centres.
• Support centre teams in improving operational effectiveness while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.
• Provide management with regular updates on key findings, outstanding actions, recurring issues and areas requiring attention.
