Quality Assurance Executive – Early Childhood (5 days / East) [EL]

• Conduct quality assurance and compliance reviews across childcare centres to assess adherence to regulatory, operational and internal standards.
• Monitor centre practices, processes and procedures and identify potential areas of compliance or operational risk.
• Conduct audits and follow up on findings to ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Support initiatives to enhance the quality and consistency of early childhood care and education across centres.
• Monitor adherence to corporate standards, operational guidelines and brand requirements.
• Support centres in maintaining a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
• Maintain working knowledge of applicable early childhood regulatory requirements and SPARK QRS-U standards.
• Assess centre readiness and compliance against licensing and SPARK requirements.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor action plans arising from compliance reviews.
• Track corrective actions and follow up with Centre Principals, Supervisors and relevant teams on outstanding matters.
• Review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and recommend further improvements where required.
• Escalate significant quality, operational or compliance concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Promote consistent implementation of policies and procedures across centres.
