Corporate Banking Client Services Officer

A regional bank is looking for a Corporate Banking KYC Officer to support the ongoing servicing of its corporate customer portfolio. The role covers customer due diligence, account administration and transaction-related support, with regular coordination across front-office and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection and review of customer information for new account applications and ongoing account reviews.
• Ensure corporate records and supporting documents are complete, current and properly maintained.
• Manage account-related requests such as changes to customer particulars, authorised persons and banking arrangements.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and work with Relationship Managers to progress pending cases.
• Assist with day-to-day service requests involving payments, deposits and other corporate banking transactions.
• Identify incomplete information or processing exceptions and refer them to the appropriate stakeholders for follow-up.
• Maintain proper case records and support the preparation of documents requested by internal teams.
• Carry out assigned duties in accordance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in corporate banking support, customer due diligence, account services or banking operations; fresh graduates may be considered.
• General knowledge of corporate account documentation and KYC requirements.
• Careful and organised, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
