Assistant Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

A regional bank is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide operational support to its Corporate Banking business. The incumbent will work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to support client servicing and day-to-day banking activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate account opening, maintenance and review processes.
• Assist with transaction processing and documentation across various banking products and services.
• Provide administrative and operational support for corporate banking activities.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, pending requests and internal approvals.
• Respond to general enquiries from clients and Relationship Managers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of requests.
• Perform other duties and support operational initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in banking operations, client servicing or a related function.
• Basic understanding of corporate banking products and KYC/AML requirements.
• Detail-oriented with good communication, organisational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
