HACCP Specialist / IS 22000 Lead Auditor

Role purpose: Design, review and improve hazard-analysis and critical-control systems for food-service and food-manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

· Facilitate hazard analysis across ingredients, process steps and intended use.

· Develop process flow diagrams and identify control measures, CCPs and other operational controls.

· Set critical limits, monitoring, corrective action, verification and recordkeeping.

· Validate practical implementation with operations teams.

· Train or coach HACCP/FSMS teams.

· HACCP plan.

· Hazard-analysis worksheets.

· Process-flow diagrams.

· CCP monitoring and corrective-action records.

· HACCP verification/audit report.

Mandatory appointment standard

· Recognised HACCP training with demonstrated practical application.

· At least 5 years in food safety, quality assurance, production or regulatory work.

· Evidence of having developed or maintained HACCP plans.

Preferred qualifications / credentials

· Food science/technology or related qualification.

· WSQ FSC Level 4 for Singapore food-service FSMS assignments.

· ISO 22000 training or audit experience.

Experience guideline

· 5-10+ years depending on complexity and sector.

Training capability

· Training-capable preferred; must be able to explain HACCP principles to non-technical operations staff.
