Regional Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Support regional Tech & Solutions presales projects, including application testing, environment setup, and test framework execution across Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android platforms.
• Assist in developing and supporting cloud-based application modules for B2B solutions and contribute to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Provide technical support to Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders by analysing product features and mapping solutions to customer requirements.
• Conduct regional technical training for new product launches and support product analysis, comparisons, customer visits, and related events.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, application development, IT, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge with working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Angular, web applications, server configuration, or Windows application development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset and ability to understand product specifications and translate them into customer requirements.
