• Position: Trust Administrator – Trust & Corporate Structures
• Location: Shenton Way
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00AM to 5.00PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9.00AM to 6.00PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM
• Salary: Up to $6,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Company Insurance + 1 Day WFH Weekly
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established international trust and corporate services provider seeking a Trust Administrator to manage a small portfolio of Singapore trusts and offshore companies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer trusts and offshore companies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records, financial information and internal systems.
• Liaise with clients, third parties and internal departments.
• Support risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and CDD processes.
• Monitor client transactions and escalate relevant matters when required.
• Issue fee invoices and follow up on collections.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance and statutory requirements.
• Complete required compliance training and timesheets promptly.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in trust administration, corporate services or fiduciary services is advantageous.
• Good understanding of CDD, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to manage client matters independently and professionally.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
