📌 Receptionist cum Admin Support

💰 Salary: $2,400/month
📅 Contract: 1 year (Jan–Dec 2027)
📍 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level passes in English & Mathematics or relevant WSQ certification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented and professional when interacting with students, parents & stakeholders
• Able to multitask and handle basic issues independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Relevant receptionist/admin experience, preferably in a primary school

Key Responsibilities:

• 👋 Attend to students, parents, visitors and vendors at the front counter
• ☎️ Handle telephone calls, messages and enquiries
• 💻 Perform data entry and assist with record compilation
• 📦 Support school logistics, including preparation of materials, facility bookings and receipt of goods
• 📋 Assist with student data and applications for financial assistance/support schemes

📅 End Date: December 2027
