📌 Receptionist cum Admin Support

💰 Salary: $2,500/month
📅 Contract: 1 year (Jan–Dec 2027)
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45am–5:30pm (45-min lunch)
🏫 Work Location: School environment
📅 Start Date: January 2027

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Preferably 3 years of receptionist/customer service experience
• School experience and basic First Aid knowledge are advantageous
• Pleasant disposition and good team player

Key Responsibilities:

• ☎️ Attend to pupils, parents, visitors, vendors and phone enquiries
• 📦 Manage deliveries, collections and distribution of items
• 🧑‍🎓 Assist with student matters such as sick bay, early dismissal and lost & found
• 📁 Maintain administrative records and documents
• 🔐 Coordinate visitor/vendor access with security personnel
• 📝 Perform other administrative duties as assigned

📌 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays
