💰 Salary: $2,400 per month

📌 Requirements

• Minimum N-Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Front-desk or telephone experience preferred.
• School experience is an advantage.
• First Aid certification preferred; training will be provided if required.

📝 Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries and follow up when required.
• Assist with basic first aid and maintain records of sick or injured students.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with receiving and distributing goods.
• Maintain filing and lost-and-found records.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm

Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break. Working hours may be adjusted based on the School's operational needs, with overall working hours maintained.

🚫 No work required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
