📌 Admin Assistant

💰 Salary: $2,200 – $2,500/month
📄 Contract: 1-year annual contract
📅 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Contract End: 1 September 2027
⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week
🔄 Shift: 9.00am–6.30pm or 12.30pm–10.00pm
📆 Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Attend to residents’ enquiries and manage counter operations
• Process transactions and documentation
• Provide administrative support for daily operations
• Assist with events and other assigned duties
• Maintain an organised counter area and good service standards

✅ Requirements

• Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Office preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Customer service-oriented and professional
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic administrative and organisational skills
