Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good written English and professional email writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good project coordination and organisational skills
• Civil service experience is an advantage
• Able to obtain the required security clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data incident management and system administration
• Analyse data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with departments to implement best practices
• Support operational and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with project coordination and stakeholder management
