- Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in managing the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu planning and ordering supplies.
- Organize and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.
- Assist with service times by serving customers.
- Minimum 1 year in service experience
- Must possess Basic Food Hygiene Cert
