Technical Officer (Security Systems)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of service and maintenance activities for security systems at clients’ premises.
• Liaise with client representatives on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical matters.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely completion of works.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery to meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health requirements and perform other technical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
