About this job

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Support recruitment, onboarding, staff records maintenance, and exit administration in accordance with HR policies and procedures.

● Assist in payroll processing, CPF submissions, staff claims, and other statutory HR compliance requirements.

● Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.

● Support performance appraisal administration, training records, and staff development tracking.

● Handle basic employee enquiries and support HR-related communication and coordination.

● Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and receipt documentation.

● Support student fee administration, refunds, and financial record updates in an accurate and timely manner.

● Perform bank reconciliation and assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules.

● Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to support internal controls, audits, and EduTrust Certification Scheme compliance requirements.

● Support continuous improvement by maintaining efficient HR and finance administrative processes and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

● Process vendor payments and maintain supporting documents.

● Update course fee collection records and follow up on outstanding payments.

● Maintain filing of finance and accounting documents.

● Support payroll processing and employee claims.

● Prepare CPF submissions and payroll documentation.

● Assist in commission and incentive calculations.

● Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling.

● Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.

● Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

● Update staff attendance and leave records.

● Process work passes applications and renewals under supervision.

● Coordinate staff orientation and onboarding programmes.

● Maintain staff training and certification records.

● Support employee welfare activities and engagement programmes.

● Prepare documentation for performance appraisal exercises.

● Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

● Ensure proper filing and document retention.

● Assist in preparing documents for audits and inspections.

● Liaise with employees regarding HR and payroll enquiries.
