Trainers

● Prepare and deliver training sessions inaccordance with the approved curriculum, lesson plans, and learning outcomes.

● Review students' profiles, learning needs, andprior knowledge to tailor lesson delivery and maximise learning effectiveness.

● Prepare teaching materials, classroom resources,practical equipment, and learning activities prior to each session.

● Deliver engaging classroom, practical, andonline training using appropriate teaching methodologies.

● Assess learners' knowledge, skills, andcompetencies in accordance with the approved assessment plans and markingcriteria.

● Ensure all assessments are conducted fairly,consistently, and in compliance with organisational and awarding bodyrequirements.

● Mark and provide constructive feedback onassessments within the stipulated timelines.

● Maintain accurate student attendance, assessmentrecords, and training documentation.

● Monitor student progress and provide academicguidance and support to help learners achieve the required competencystandards.

● Identify students requiring additionalassistance and provide appropriate coaching or recommend intervention wherenecessary.

● Ensure a safe, professional, and inclusivelearning environment at all times.

● Maintain classrooms, training equipment, andlearning resources in good condition and report any issues promptly.

● Participate in assessment standardisation,moderation, trainer meetings, and continuous professional development (CPD)activities.

● Comply with organisational policies, EduTrustrequirements, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations, and awarding bodystandards.
