Sales Coordinator (West / 5 days / Logistics) [EL]

• Act as the key point of contact at the customer’s site, providing professional logistics support and facilitating effective communication between customers and service providers.
• Manage export shipment bookings and coordinate pickup arrangements with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all export shipping documents are completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and communicate shipment pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to authorized transporters.
• Maintain proper printing, documentation, and filing of shipping records in accordance with customer compliance requirements.
• Monitor and track import shipments from arrival through delivery.
• Verify package quantities and investigate any shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the customer’s receiving team to address discrepancies, damages, or other delivery issues.
• Perform accurate data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
