JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The Junior Executive supports the company’s daily operations, administrative activities, coordination, and reporting functions. The role involves assisting senior management, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, maintaining records, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company functioning
• Coordinate with staff, customers, suppliers, and business partners to resolve operational matters promptly
• Prepare and maintain accurate company documents, records, reports, and correspondence for effective communication
• Monitor work schedules, staff assignments, and operational needs to support workflow efficiency
• Support supervisors and managers in applying company procedures and policies consistently
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and deliveries to maintain high service standards
• Perform data entry, documentation, and filing to maintain organized and accurate records
• Track progress of assigned tasks and provide timely updates to management
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to supervisors or managers for resolution
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase documents, and other business paperwork as needed
• Support meetings by preparing basic reports and coordinating follow-up actions to ensure accountability
• Carry out additional duties and projects assigned by management to support business objectives
