Field Technician (Ubi), $2,800

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary: $2,600 - $2,800, depends on experience

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technician to join a dynamic organization within the semiconductor industry. This role offers hands-on experience in equipment servicing, regional exposure, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites and occasional overseas assignments within Southeast Asia may be required.
• Provide on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with customers to deliver professional and timely service.
• Work independently while ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Technician/ Service Engineer in the Semiconductor or Mechanical Engineering industries is an advantage.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
