🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 42 hours/week

📋 Requirements

• Singapore Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant procurement/contract experience
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes and Government policies preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and contract administration activities
• Support contract establishment, renewal and variation processes
• Liaise with stakeholders on procurement requirements
• Review procurement documents and evaluation reports
• Prepare meeting materials and minutes
• Maintain documentation and support audit requirements
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders and year-end closing
• Perform other related administrative duties
