⏰ Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6pm Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)

📌 Requirements

• N’ level, ‘O’ level, ‘A’ level, Nitec, Higher Nitecwith 8 -14 years of work experience
• Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance, budgetary and administrative support to the Division.
• Process invoices, billing and revenue collection.
• Support budget submissions, expenditure monitoring and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records for audits and compliance.
• Manage document filing and records.
• Coordinate audits and support process improvement initiatives.
• Provide secretariat and PA support to the Director, including calendar, meeting and logistics coordination.
